Registration Information Registration for the 2009 Winter Conference includes admittance to conference sessions, exhibits and receptions, continental breakfast in the Exhibit Hall on Tuesday, January 20, Region Breakfast and lunch in the Exhibit Hall on Wednesday, January 21, the Awards Banquet on Wednesday, January 21 and conference materials. The registration fee does not include admittance to the BICSI courses being offered before and after the Winter Conference, exam fees, or pre-conference educational seminars. Registration at the Regular Rate will run December 6, 2008, through January 2, 2009. After January 2, 2009, online registration will be closed. An on-site rate will be available beginning January 18, 2009. A check made payable to BICSI (drawn on a U.S. bank, in U.S. dollars) or credit card authorization for registration fees MUST be received with the registration form in order for you to be registered. Cancellations/Refunds Prices listed in U.S. dollars. If cancellation of your Winter Conference registration is necessary, you must send written notice (e-mail or fax is acceptable) to BICSI. All cancellations must be received in writing on or before December 19, 2008, and are subject to a $99 cancellation fee. Confirmed Winter Conference registrants who do not attend or who cancel after December 19, 2008, are responsible for the entire registration fee. Transfer of registration fees to any future conference is not allowed. A Winter Conference attendee may substitute another person at no additional charge. The substitution request must be received by 3 p.m. on Monday, January 19, 2009. Pre-conference Seminar registration is refundable less a $20 cancellation service charge until December 19, 2008. Those who registered for a seminar and cancel after December 19, 2008, or who do not attend the seminar are responsible for the entire seminar registration fee. Substitutions may be made prior to the seminar. For exhibitor-related cancellations/refunds, see the Exhibitor Contract in the 2009 Exhibitor Prospectus. Guest Registration Guests of attendees may include a spouse, significant other, family member or friend NOT working in the information transport systems industry. As a registered guest, you may attend Exhibit Hall functions and enjoy complimentary presentations in the Guest Hospitality Lounge. Each attendee is limited to one registered guest. not a BICsI Member?
