Reminiscent of New York's membership clubs and watering holes,
Analogue (analoguenyc.com), located
in the West Village, offers a private
room with its own bar that holds 50
people for parties, events, tastings,
and more. The bar team can also
customize hands-on cocktail classes
for groups or as corporate
teambuilding activities. The private
room is outfitted with a walnut bar,
speaker system, and seating areas
featuring leather sofas and chairs.
A variety of open bar, passed hors
d'oeuvres and drink packages are
available. -Michele Laufik

Stylish new spaces to visit
for cocktails, beer, and wine.

Wine about it
City Vineyard, operated by the team behind
the performance space City Winery, opened in
August at Pier 26 in TriBeCa. The 1,150-squarefoot restaurant, which serves American
cuisine, seats 60 inside or holds 200 for
receptions on the roof deck. There is also an
outdoor dining area that can seat 20 and a
downstairs wine garden with seating for 50.

Adb Hospitality's Nicholas Semkiw and executive chef Max Renny opened the Anthony, a
restaurant, lounge, and nightlife concept, in
Greenwich Village in December. The space,
named after 19th-century New York banker
Anthony Lispenard Bleecker, pays homage to
the neighborhood's post-World War II Bohemian
culture. Renny's globally inspired menu includes
creations from crispy duck and waffles and
banh mi steamed buns to a 40-ounce rib-eye
for two. The 2,000-square-foot bilevel space,
which was designed by Pacific Street Hospitality
and BrandFire's Adam Padilla, has a main dining
room that seats 60 in ruby-color leather booths,
20 at an L-shape ebony wood bar, and 30 at a
plush velvet lounge on the second-floor mezzanine. (183 Bleecker St., theanthonynyc.com)
The 1 Bennett, a cocktail bar from Yves
Jadot, Alberto Benenati, and Meaghan Dorman-
the group behind cocktail spots Raines Law
Room and Dear Irving-opened in TriBeCa in
November 2015. The 1,600-square-foot space
features cocktails divided into originals and
audience favorites from the group's previous two
bars. The bar also offers brunch and high-end bar
food including a Wagyu beef burger from chef
Ricky King. The low-lit blue- and gold-color space,

which features blue plush benches and service
buttons at each table, is available for full buyouts
of as many as 40 seated or 60 standing. (134

Nightlife veteran Mino Habib opened
2 Delilah in the Lower East Side in November.
The new space replaces the former St. Jerome's
dive bar-once a favorite spot of Lady Gaga-
with a tapas- and cocktails-focused restaurant
and lounge. The menu from executive chef Kevin
O'Connell offers dishes including spicy lamb
sliders, grilled octopus salad, and lobster pita
crisps. Mixologist Rael Petit created the venue's
original cocktails, which also can be served in
large punch bowls for groups. The 3,500-squarefoot space boasts blue plush velvet banquettes
and exposed brick walls, a front bar with copper
accents and stools, and a DJ booth and back bar.
The venue seats 110 or accommodates 250 reception-style. (155 Rivington St., delilahnyc.com)
AvroKo Hospitality Group's 3 Ghost
Donkey, a mezcal and tequila cocktail bar from
mixologist Ignacio Jimenez and industry professional Eben Freeman, opened on the Bowery
in November. The festive venue offers an array
of funky and eccentric cocktails-including a
mushroom margarita-as well as a menu from
chef Brad Farmerie that focuses on inventive
nacho platters. The 800-square-foot space,
which features mezcal-theme decor including
a ceramic donkey, holds 65 standing and is
available for private events. (4 Bleecker St.,
