(GISG), an independent insurance brokerage firm. Nancy will be responsible for the strategic development aspects of GISG, with specific emphasis on the firm's expanded services for international and domestic wealth management, private banking, and investment advisory channels. A thirty-year veteran of the insurance industry, Nancy has previously served in leadership roles at many well-respected organizations including Transamerica Life Brokerage and LifeMark Partners. "Our firm is privileged to be a recognized leader in insurance-based solutions for businesses and families world-wide. Patrick has been with LGA for five years, most recently serving as vice president of national distribution segments. He has nearly twenty years' experience in our industry, all of it in a brokerage sales and marketing capacity. James Galli has been appointed as executive vice president, Business Strategy and Innovation for Legal & General America. In his new role, he will lead the LGA team to identify and develop strategies to expand 34 perspectives JULY 2016 LGA's portfolio of products, broaden its distribution channels, and drive transformation that differentiates LGA in existing and new markets. "Jim's background is a remarkable fit for this leadership role at Legal & General America. He is a highly qualified executive with significant experience in sales, marketing, product development, and operational platforms," commented Gene R. Gilbertson, LGA President and CEO. Ken Leibow, formerly Director of Operations for Genworth Financial, in April joined Impact as Senior Vice President. In addition to his new role with Impact, Ken is a well-respected industry veteran who currently serves the brokerage community as Chair of the independent Life Brokerage Technology Committee (LBTC). "Ken's skills, experience, and energy perfectly complement our team. His deep industry knowledge will help us tap new market opportunities and broaden the market for our existing products and services.
