2007 Annual Report - (Page 10) DEvICE LIBRARY INtEroPEraBILIty ProGraM The Interoperability Program launched in May aims to eliminate interoperability problems between devices. Test cases, Specification Errata, and Test Specification Errata were created. The SIG also held training sessions and added a “Product Development” area to www.bluetooth.org. The PTS-Extended Interoperability Testing Suite (PTS-EITS) was created and contains enhanced testing for the Headset (HFP), Music (A2DP and AvRCP), Transfer (OPP & FTP), Print (BIP and BPP), and Input (HID) icons. Use of the PTS and PTSEITS is now mandatory for devices using the Bluetooth Experience Icons. DEvICE LIBrary The Device Library and Donation Program grew in 2007, with more members visiting the SIG offices for testing and more members donating products to the device library. Member donations to the SIG Device Library accounted for 12% of the 279 new devices obtained in 2007 versus 7% in 2006.
