Further, PRD2.0 now mandates the use of 11 validated PTS profiles: HFP, A2DP, AvRCP, FTP, OPP, HID, PBAP, BPP, HCRP, HSP, and IOPT. tESt CaSE rEfErENCE LISt (tCrL) The Bluetooth Test and Interoperability (BTI ) committee released a number of updates to the Bluetooth Test Specifications, including two maintenance packages for Core Specification v1.2, v2.0 + EDR, and Profile test requirements and for the first TCRL release for the new Core Specification v2.1 + EDR adding the Secure Simple Pairing feature. In total, the BTI committee released fixes for 184 errata for 2007 and processed an additional 100 errata for release in 1Q 2008. Bluetooth QUaLIfICatIoN tESt faCILIty IN ChINa In November, the Bluetooth SIG announced the certification of the first China-based Bluetooth Qualification Test Facility (BQTF). The State Radio Monitoring Center (SRMC) will provide new access to Chinese-based members and will support increased qualifications from mainland China. To announce the development, a joint Bluetooth SIG/SRMC press event was held in Beijing with over 50 media in attendance.
