As the owner and president of Tulsa Hearing Technologies, LLC, a Tulsa, Okla.-based hearing aid company, he needs to be able to conduct business on the fly. Until recently, however, McDugle, who is hearing-impaired himself, had to wait until reaching a landline before making or accepting Hear that?
