It is available in two models: The first provides a maximum payload of 900 kilograms and has a vertical lifting stroke of 6.2 meters; the second can support 1,200 kilograms, and includes a 1.25-meter offset from the faceplate and fully articulated motion at the wrist. The M-2000iA can be equipped with proprietary iRVision and is capable of picking randomly oriented parts. The robot’s R-30iA controller is configured to incorporate force sensing. Because of its great strength, the system can be used to manipulate parts that would otherwise require a pair of robots working in tandem.
