First Quarter Results Available From Orbotech Yavne, Israel – Orbotech Ltd. reported revenues for Q1 FY 08 of USD 100.5 million, down from USD 103.6 million in Q4 FY 07 and USD 86.1 million in Q1 FY 07. Net income for Q1 FY 08 was USD 3.7 million, or USD 0.11 per share (diluted), compared to a net loss of USD 1.1 million, or USD 0.03 per share (diluted), in Q4 FY 07, and net income of USD 5.6 million, or USD 0.17 per share (diluted), in Q1 FY 07. Hon Hai Sales Continue to Increase in 2008 Taipei – Hon Hai reported single-month nonconsolidated sales of TWD 102.865 billion for April, a year-over-year increase of 21.69 percent. AT&S Reports Record Sales for 2007/2008 Vienna – AT&S reported record sales for 2007/2008 with EUR 485.7 million. Net profit was EUR 41.3 million, a 32 percent increase for the period; the recommended dividend is EUR 0.34 per share. Revenues were also up at EUR 485.7 million, a 4 percent increase over 2006/2007. Coretec Numbers Down in First Quarter Toronto – For Q1 FY 08, Coretec reported revenues of USD 18.5 million, an 18.9 percent decrease from Q1 FY 07 and a 2.2 percent decrease from Q4 FY 07. Gross profit for Q1 FY 08 was 15.4 percent of sales compared to 20.3 percent for Q1 FY 07 and 16.1 percent for Q4 FY 07. Net loss for Q1 FY 08 was USD 1.0 million, or USD 0.06 per share, compared to a net loss of USD 0.6 million, or USD 0.03 per share, for Q1 FY 07 and, sequentially, an improvement of USD 0.4 million from a net loss of USD 1.4 million, or USD 0.07 per share, for Q4 FY 07. MFLEX Has Strong Second Quarter Anaheim, Calif. – Multi-Fineline Electronix, Inc., reported record Q2 FY 08 net sales of USD 163.9 million, a 45 percent increase over Q2 FY 07.
