He brings more than 30 years of experience in the security and Sutton fire control industry to the position. Franco Secades joined DMP as its regional sales manager al for Florida. Secades will be responsible for developing new sales and providing ongoing service to the DMP authorized dealers throughout the state. DMP also announced Mark Barber as its new Great Lakes regional sales manager. Barber will be responsible for Indiana, Michigan and Ohio. Aaron Black joined DMP as the organization’s new regional sales manager for Texas. Secades In his new position, he will develop new business and support DMP authorized dealers throughout Texas. ughout Stacey Oikle joined DMP as the organization’s new regional sales manager for New England, responsible for sales in her sixstate region. Oikle is certified in DMP access control systems, fiber optics, and CCTV technologies. She has special system integration experience with state and government installations, as well as college campuses. She is a board member of the New Hampshire chapter of ASIS. DMP also promoted Jeff Rathjen to serve Barber as the company’s regional sales manager for the five-state central region. Rathjen will be responsible for developing new sales and providing ongoing service to the DMP authorized dealers in his region. In his new job, he will serve customers in the company’s home state of Missouri, as well as Arkansas, Kansas, Nebraska and Oklahoma.
