Shick Chooses Canadian Rep Kansas City, Mo.-based Shick USA named Franz Streiter, president of Process in Motion, as its new exclusive representative in the Canadian region. In this position, Streiter will be responsible for managing and optimizing relationships within existing and potential key accounts and overseeing sales efforts for the entire Canadian region. Anthony Degnan Passes Away Anthony Andrew Degnan, former vice president of sales for Archer Daniels Midland Milling Co., passed away on October 13 in his Overland Park, Kan., home. He was 66. Degnan was born in Worcester, Mass., and is the son of the late Thomas J. and Anne E. (Athy) Degnan. A graduate from Loyola University in Chicago, Degnan was a consummate salesman just like his father, according to his family. He knew his products, his customers and his territory. Degnan retired from ADM in 2005 after 40 years in the milling industry. ‘Tony was a loving husband; father, brother, uncle, mentor, coach and friend to many,” says his brother, Gerry Degnan, president of The Manildra Group USA, Shawnee Mission, Kan. “Tony was loved as a true man for others.” He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Joyce (McSherry) Degnan; three sons: Andy, Sean and Brady Degnan; daughter, Jamie Riffle; two brothers: Thomas J. Degnan and Gerard A. Degnan; two sisters: Margaret Anne Feeney and Mary Ellen Lenehan; and five grandchildren. His brother, Stephen, died in 1972.
