When placing your order by phone, you will receive additional shipping information, if requested. MAIL ORDERS Mail your completed and signed Order Form along with personal check, money order, cashiers check, or fill in the credit card section on the Order Form to pay by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. Please allow an extra 10 working days for personal checks. FAX ORDERS Fax the completed and signed Order Form to the F.F.O. fax line at 1-708-427-3501. All faxed orders must be paid by credit card. We will call you to confirm receipt of your fax. You can fax your order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. CANCELLATION You may cancel your order for a full refund prior to your order being shipped. If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you are responsible for any and all freight charges incurred by your cancellation. Any unpaid freight charges will be deducted from your refund. F.F.O. reserves the right to charge a restocking fee on any returns received that have not been issued the appropriate return authorization, are not returned in the original box(es), are missing accessories or components, or are received after the Satisfaction Guaranteed period. F.F.O. SHIPPING All orders are processed and shipped in the order that they are received. Normal delivery time is 7 to 10 working days. Delivery time may vary around holidays and peak shipping seasons. The delivery service you receive may vary among freight companies. It is the responsibility of the carrier to move the merchandise to the tailgate. It is the responsibility of the recipient to move the merchandise from the truck to the destination. Be sure to include both day and evening phone numbers so the freight company can notify you to arrange for delivery. The F.F.O. Free Freight Program specifies that F.F.O. will pay the freight charges on Body-Solid brand equipment when orders amount to over $99, going to the customer at the equipment prices stated in this catalog. Products that the customer must pay freight charges on include but are not limited to: iron products such as weight plates, dumbbells and selectorized weight stack attachments rubber flooring, and merchandise of a brand name other than Body-Solid. SHORTAGES AND DAMAGES When the delivery carrier brings your order, count the pieces you receive and look for any noticeable damage. There is a tag on each box that states the total number of pieces you should receive. If the number of pieces you receive does not exactly match the number of pieces on the freight bill, note the number you received on the freight bill by your signature. If you see any visible damage to the equipment (not the boxes), note that on the freight bill next to your signature. Neither F.F.O. nor the freight carrier can be held responsible for shortages or damages if you do not note them on your freight bill. All damage and shortage claims must be filed with the freight carrier. For questions regarding shortages and damages, call 1-800-556-3113. EXCHANGES OR RETURNS Our exchange and return policy is simple. Call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-556-3113 9am to 5pm (CST) Monday thru Friday, to obtain a Return Authorization Number. (No returns or exchanges will be accepted without this authorization number). Once you receive this number, make arrangements to send back the piece(s) you need to exchange or return. All returns and exchanges must be shipped back freight prepaid and must arrive in like new condition in the original boxes. You must contact Customer Service within 31 days from the day you receive your shipment in order to receive return authorization.
