This would reduce the number of cars and buses on the road to Peak 7 and 8 base areas, helping decrease traffic congestion. CRYSTAL PEAK LODGE The first new development to be completed Winter 2008/2009, located in the new Peak 7 base area. THE SHORES (not pictured) A high-end development located North of town on the Blue River in the Highlands neighborhood. GONDOLA LOT DEVELOPMENT Breckenridge Ski Resort and the Town of Breckenridge recently announced plans to develop the gondola lot. Two preliminary ideas (as shown here) for development are being considered, the “Grand Hotel” and the “Extend the Grid” concepts.
