Protecting Tennessee's Waterways Buchart Horn serves as trusted advisors to the West Tennessee River Basin Authority (WTRBA), which is responsible for the maintenance and care of waterways and watersheds in 20 counties between the Tennessee and Mississippi Rivers. The company has completed more than 25 projects requiring a wide range of environmental and engineering expertise. Projects have ranged from restoration of levees and flood control systems, sedimentation and erosion control projects, and stream and waterway management for the WTRBA.
