The golf course is scheduled to open in December. The course already has begun to attract attention from golfers. Golfing magazine recently named Pristine Bay one of the top-five global golf resort destinations on the rise. Although golf is one of the highlights of the Pristine Bay project, it is by no means the only thing the resort has going for it. The 405-acre development also will feature a full-service marina with slips for 155 boats, a five-star hotel, a full-service Central America currently isn’t on most golfers’ lists of the best places to play in the world, but that’s beginning to change, and Pristine Bay Resort in Honduras aims to be one of the major reasons why. The luxury resort, located on the island of Roatan, will include an 18-hole course designed by Pete and Perry Dye of Dye Designs among its many amenities.
