It is also a great way to enhance your skills in a second language and foster your independence. ↑ Student field studies, like this one of a beaver dam construction in Algonquin Provincial Park, Ontario, are one of many ways in which Canisius courses connect academics to real-life conditions and extend learning far beyond the classroom. ↓ Students who study in London, England attend the London Metropolitan University, just minutes from the city and West End. Canisius students are fully integrated into the academic and social life of the university and study with British students in lecture, seminar and tutorial classes. Getting started With all of the fantastic opportunities available at Canisius, you may wonder, “Where do I begin?” Fortunately, all Canisius students have a personal faculty advisor to guide them in their course selections and help them learn about all the college has to offer. You will meet your faculty advisor during freshmen orientation and then at least four times during your freshman year.
