real estate agents:

* Urgency to sell
* Willingness to consider an offer less than
the listing price
* Financing terms you may accept
* Personal property you might be willing to include
* Timing and benefits from your company if you are
part of a corporate relocation
* Any other personal, financial or confidential
information that may influence the sale
of your home
Fees
Your Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage sales
associate will represent you and your best interests by
managing discussions about any of these topics.
The fee is all-inclusive and includes all marketing
and brokerage services such as Internet marketing,
preparing your home for sale, negotiating and
managing the sale.
Additionally, a portion of the fee is offered as an
incentive to all real estate brokers to sell your home
though the Multiple Listing Service. No fee is due if
your property does not sell.
