The fee is all-inclusive and includes all marketing and brokerage services such as Internet marketing, preparing your home for sale, negotiating and managing the sale. Additionally, a portion of the fee is offered as an incentive to all real estate brokers to sell your home though the Multiple Listing Service. No fee is due if your property does not sell.
