Having completed an assessment of the 20year plan and performed an organizational study, CDM is facilitating pro gram implementation by developing program procedures; supporting negotiations with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency; and reporting on all aspects of the project implementation process to ensure consistency, quality, budget adherence, and timely delivery of projects.
