Sustainability at CDM Of course, as an employee-owned firm, we have long practiced transparency in our governance and financial operations, distributing annual and quarterly financial reports to all employees. CDM’s culture is defined by our core values—excellence, initiative, integrity, teamwork, and shared commitment—and a detailed code of ethics. All employees participate annually in ethics and diversity training.
