This spring we invite you to join the revolution at SD West 2008. The bar is set high as last year’s offerings included an outstanding curriculum and the most attendance since 1998. But after 9 months of intensive planning, the SD West advisory board and conference team have topped themselves again with a slate of irresistible content including: • 200 brand new and updated educational sessions • Keynotes from Bjarne Stroustrup, father of C++, and Agile Guru Scott Ambler • Keynote panel and book signing, featuring authors from Beautiful Code • The 4th installment of the Stroustrup & Sutter on C++ Super Session • 13 conference tracks, including IT for Developers and Next-Gen Web (Both new this year!) • The second annual Developer Bowl, hosted by Jonathan Erickson, Editor-in-Chief of Dr. Dobb's Journal • Awards Night featuring the Dr. Dobb's Excellence in Programming Award presented by Jonathan Erickson, and the Jolt Awards, hosted by Robert X. Cringely The conference kicks off with two full days of in-depth tutorials, and continues with three full days of conference sessions.
