The MAXQ3100 is designed for industrial, medical, or consumer applications that require an RTC and an LCD controller. A MAXQ3100 evaluation kit (EV kit) is available that includes an on-board LCD and a JTAG interface board for communication with a PC. The SPDT switch maintains a high isolation greater than 63 dB up to 110 MHz and 45 dB up to 900 MHz while maintaining low insertion loss. The M/A-Com MASWSS0201 comes in lead-free, surface mount 3-mm PQFN packaging. The switch is fabricated on a 0.5-micron gate-length GaAs process. Pricing is 61 cents each for quantities of 10,000 with availability from stock.
