Microwave Engineering Europe - December 2007 - (Page 37) PRODUCTS 37 TCXO offers OCXO stability low current consumption of under 30 mA The T1220 temperature compensated crystal oscillator (TCXO) from Greenray Industries offers oven controlled crystal oscillator (OCXO) like temperature stabilities, as low as ±7 x 10-8. Operating temperature range can be specified as wide as -50 to +95 °C, while current consumption remains low at less than 30 mA. The TCXO has been designed for applications that require tight stability, low input power (virtually no heat dissipation) and no warm-up time. It features a compact, industry-standard package measuring just 0.8 x 0.5 x 0.33 inches (20.32 x 12.70 x 8.38 mm). With a rugged package and excellent g-sensitivity, the SMD WiMAX circulator ensures efficient heat dissipation and flexible layout TDK Corporation has made available an SMD circulator for WiMAX base stations that features structural improvements that increase mounting efficiency, allow for efficient heat dispersion, and enable flexible and streamlined board layout design. The main unit of the circulator has been embedded in a hollowed-out resin substrate, which means that surface mounting and reflow solder can be used during PCB assembly. Further, the circulator casing is in direct contact with the mounting substrate, resulting in efficient heat dispersion and improved reliability. The SMD format also allows flexible board layout and streamlined design compared to other WiMAX circulators. T1220 is ideal for portable, test and measurement equipment and other applications with demanding environments. The T1220 is available from 10.00 MHz to 50 MHz and with either a 3.5 V or 5.0 V supply voltage. www.mwee.com/202803551 The company’s SMD circulator is compatible with WiMAX (2.5 GHz and 3.5 GHz) and wide-band (200 MHz) frequencies. It is supplied either in volume tape-and-reel packaging or in sample books. The parts are RoHS compliant with operating temperature range between -55 and +85 °C. www.mwee.com/204201648 Comprehensive Electromagnetic Solutions FEKO EMC Antenna Placement Antenna Design • MLFMM Microstrip Antennas • FEM/MoM • UTD • PO • GO Dielectric Bodies RF & Microwave 3D EM SIMULATION SOFTWARE for real life problems, with FREE 45 days evaluation Microwave Engineering ● December 2007 ● www.mwee.com 037_MWEE.indd Sec1:37 23/11/07 10:52:24 w w w. f e k o . i n f o http://www.mwee.com/202803551 http://www.mwee.com/204201648 http://www.feko.info http://www.feko.info http://www.mwee.com
