FoundaTion Basics (FB) get a broad introduction to the basics of governing and managing a family foundation. Developed by the Council and led by seasoned colleagues from the field. granTMaKing (g) examine strategies for effective grantmaking, such as funding for social change, grant impact, and capacity building. generaTionaL LeadersHiP (gL) Focus on the next generation and multigenerational issues in family philanthropy. ManageMenT (M) Learn insights, strategies, and tactics related to the administration and operation of a foundation, including new ideas in technology, grantor–grantee relationships, and legislative updates. THougHT LeadersHiP/eMerging issues (TL) experienced grantmakers can discuss emerging issues, solve problems, and renew their sense of purpose in philanthropy. Create your own customized schedule.
