A limited number of rooms will be available at this rate for reservations made through January 2, 2009. Please be sure to book your reservation early, as these rooms may sell out. Beginning January 3, this rate is not guaranteed. To reserve a hotel room through January 2, you must register for the conference and complete the Housing Reservation section of the conference registration form. The Council staff will forward your hotel room request to the Westin Indianapolis. Conference registration forms are available on the Council’s website as an electronic form and as a PDF form, and in the registration brochure. Please remember to include your email address on your registration form; a hotel reservation confirmation will be sent to you directly from the Westin. You will receive the confirmation approximately two weeks after the Council receives your hotel reservation request. The Council will provide every conference registrant with a USB flash drive containing references and resource material from conference sessions. The USB flash drive will be in the conference tote bag you receive during check-in at the registration desk. hotel cancellations council Policies The Council on Foundations is firmly committed to fair employment practices, inclusiveness, and the prohibition of sexual harassment of employees by staff, visitors, or members. The Westin Indianapolis Policy: Your payment for one night’s stay will be forfeited as your cancellation fee if you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled day of arrival. Should you change your departure date after check-in to an earlier date, you will be assessed an early departure fee of one night’s stay plus tax. Changes or cancellations to your room reservation must be made by sending an email to confreg@cof.org after you receive your confirmation number from the hotel. After January 3, 2009, please call the hotel directly to cancel your room or to make changes.
