These sources include solar, wind, renewable resources such as wood and biomass, and fuel cells. This article will discuss various standards covering alternative energy sources, with the primary focus being on electrical safety and other electrical testing. W One organization dedicated to renewable energy is the American Council on Renewable Energy, or ACORE. ACORE works to bring all forms of renewable energy into the mainstream of America’s economy and lifestyle.
