Industry executives have spoken repeatedly in the last year about talent issues, tying them to the workplace, sustainability and even the strategic planning process. For example, fidelity is using a CRE-driven enterprise-wide talent strategy linked directly to its location strategy. “The whole issue of location is changing because of the War for Talent,” as one executive for a large financial services company noted at the New York City Discovery Forum.
