These are bottom-line measurements but below this level we attempt to measure things like productivity, not in the sense of counting deliverables but more in recognizing barriers to productivity. What processes are slow or efficient? What takes too long for a busy person to do? That kind of a thing……. Still, it’s not enough – we have to continually reinvent ourselves. We always have to question how effective we really are. NolaN: Detecting the barriers to success is a useful approach to effectiveness. We use a more survey-oriented form of direct feedback from the front lines. It’s very formalized and repeatable and allows us to see trends and changes over time.
