NeW INItIatIves froM coreNet gloBal chapters aNd coMMuNItIes teaM The Chapters and Communities team is poised to take center stage with a number of new initiatives aimed at increasing the level of service currently provided by CoreNet Global and improving the rapport between CoreNet Global and Chapters. These new initiatives are also geared toward increasing the brand value and brand integrity among Chapters and Communities in support of the new Global positioning strategy established by CoreNet Global and staff. Led by the team’s Executive Producer and Director, Ann Atkinson (COO), this team appears to have its “act” together (no pun intended)! With an award-winning veteran cast member in Lisa Mayo, a few new cast members in Monica Parker, Demieta Keener and Lauren Mountain, get ready for a few breakout performances from this crew! As one of the newest cast members to join the Chapters and Communities crew as Quality Assurance and Brand Manager, Keener’s role was specifically developed out of feedback we received from chapters about the need for guidance in developing and delivering a consistent, high quality, CoreNet Global brand message. In addition to being the chief architect of the new Quality Assurance program, Keener will aid chapter leadership in better understanding the power and importance of the CoreNet Global brand. With Keener’s experience in franchise marketing, she was perfectly cast as the liaison between chapter leaders and CoreNet Global staff to ensure that CoreNet Global quality is delivered globally in both directions. One performance to watch for is the team’s collaboration with other CoreNet Global departments to establish a functionally sound Quality Assurance Program by August 2008, with plans of having it fully communicated and executable by year’s end. The move is consistent with the Board’s number one goal of moving towards an alignment for building a strong brand with an even stronger future. The three main foci of the Quality Assurance Program will focus on: n n n Financial Alignment Brand Alignment Operational Alignment Supporting resources will include a simplified and easy to use Chapter Resource Handbook with accompanying training materials and Toolkits, which are expanded versions of Handbook topics. All will link back to the website – reinforcing brand and messaging consistency. The team has adopted a “User-Friendly” communication strategy that will encourage higher reception and compliance implementation rates among the Chapters and Communities. Another featured tool the team developed out of feedback from the chapters, consistent with the team’s commitment to CoreNet Global’s service level, is the Chapter Services Agreement. This tool will outline the brand’s commitment to chapters as well as define brand expectation levels of chapters allowing both brand and chapters to understand their roles in building the strength of the CoreNet Global brand. Steps for ensuring that brand integrity remains in place once Quality Assurance benchmarks have been established and communicated will include a recurring quality assessment system in conjunction to a Chapter Tracking system. These processes will also be conceptually completed by year’s end. So there you have it. An all-star cast for an all-star brand!
