The bike was raffled after the second annual 100-mile ride, but the big winner was the Central and Northern New York District of the Muscular Dystrophy Association, which netted about $30,000 from the ride and raffle. Crouse, president of Bresee Chevrolet in Liverpool, N.Y., has been a ride organizer and participant both years. Zach, 11, has spinal muscular atrophy and is the Muscular Dystrophy Association’s local goodwill ambassador. A.T. KEARNEY INC. — Daron Gifford, 51, to vice president in the automotive practice in suburban Detroit. He had been a principal and automotive practice leader with the international Gifford consulting firm KPMG LLP. A.T. Kearney, of Chicago, is a management consulting firm. Liu Johnsson GENERAL MOTORS — Joseph Liu, 50, to GM Asia Pacific vice president of sales and marketing and a member of the GM Asia Pacific strategy board. He succeeds Jim Raymond, who is retiring from GM. Liu had been GM China vice president of sales, service and marketing and Shanghai GM vice president of marketing. Terry Johnsson, 47, to Shanghai GM vice president of marketing and a member of the Shanghai GM executive committee. He had been president and managing director of GM Middle East. VOLKSWAGEN GROUP OF AMERICA INC. — Jim Gill, 55, to public relations manager for product and technology. He had been director of communications at Continental Automotive Systems North America. ZIPCAR INC. — Victoria Godfrey, 47, to chief marketing officer. She had been executive vice president of marketing for the Princeton Review. Zipcar, of suburban Boston, provides car-rental services.
