50 PLASTICS NEWS, April 3, 2012 ‘Business of Plastics’ conference in session PLASTICS NEWS REPORT ORLANDO, FLA. — SPI’s four-day “Business of Plastics” conference is once again running alongside NPE, with conference sessions taking place April 2-5. The conference is put together by the Washington-based Society of the Plastics Industry Inc. and its NPE2012 Education Committee. It brings together in one venue speakers in various areas of expertise to discuss the latest de- velopments and trends in industry regulation, market development, best business practices, international market opportunities, sustainability, and consumer demand. The following schedule for the “Business of Plastics” lists session titles, dates, times and presenters’ names. All sessions are held in South Hall, Level 2, Room 210A. “Business of Plastics” A registration fee of $75 is required for SPI members, and $100 for non-members. Students with valid IDs attend free.
