Some course work is offered at Macomb Community College as well. The college is also offering a dual master’s program which allows students to complete an MBA and a Master of Science in finance concurrently. The program is offered online and at both campuses. In the fall, Walsh will offer an MBA in heath services administration at its Troy campus and online. Walsh will also offer a non-credit certificate program, Business 360, for business professionals at its Troy campus. Wayne County Community College District The college has seven new programs. These are an online health IT virtual assistant course, and programs in geothermal technology, health care renewable energy technology, sustainable building and sites technology, water environmental technology, alternative fuels technology and wound care, all on campus. Wayne State University The public university will offer several new programs in the College of Engineering, including a master’s and graduate certificate in electric-drive vehicle engineering, a bachelor’s in electric transportation technology, bachelor’s in biomedical engineering and graduate certificates in sustainable engineering and engineering management. The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences will offer a bachelor’s in astronomy. The School of Business Administration will begin a specialization in internal auditing.
