EDUCATIONAL SEMINAR

Belmont Park: Food and Beverage Case Study
Ken Whiting and Lenny Freund hit the beach for the 11th
annual IAAPA Food and Beverage Case Study. Since 1925,
Belmont Park in San Diego has had a rich history, and it
continues to grow in popularity. Ken and Lenny reviewed the
past financial experience of the park's food and beverage (F&B)
operation and made recommendations to address short- and
long-term growth for sales and profits. The Belmont Park team
then made changes based on those recommendations and the
team's priorities. In this session, you will see the actual results
of Ken and Lenny's work with Belmont Park and learn how to
implement the best of their ideas in your own F&B operation.
SPEAKERS: Ken Whiting, ICAE, President, Whiting's Foods;
Lenny Freund, Owner, Freund Family Foods
