National Jurist - January 2008 - (Page 43) Uganda Peru Venice Experience Spring, summer or fall — all of these are a perfect time to take a study abroad trip. Need to know how and where? Check out our annual guide to programs and hear as law students recount their amazing experiences. Studying Abroad S kiing in the Andes at 10,500 feet was just one of the highlights of Pamela Hart’s study abroad trip. Hart, a 2L at Valparaiso University School of Law, spent two weeks in Argentina and two in Chile this past summer. “The culture is different from what I expected,” she said. Other law students like Erin Ranieri, a 4L at Duquesne Law School, spent time beneath the floor of St. Peter’s Basilica. “To peer into the red light illuminating the tomb of St. Peter was an incredibly moving experience,” she said. The National Jurist has pulled together more stories like these and our annual guide to law school study abroad programs to help you get started on your trip.
