John Marshall Team Represents U.S. in International Competition D aniel Padernacht of the Bronx, New York City, and Curtis Vosti of Hammond, Ind., third-year students at The John Marshall Law School, represented the United States at the International Negotiation Competition for Law Students in July in Singapore. The pair took their exceptional lawyering skills into competition against teams from around the world after advancing from national competition at the American Bar Association Law Student Division’s Negotiation Competition in February 2007. Adjunct Professor Dawn Bode (left) traveled to Singapore with John Marshall Law School team members Daniel Padernacht and Curtis Vosti for the International Negotiation Competition for Law Students. Wishing them well is Susann MacLachlan (right) associate director of the law school’s Center for Advocacy and Dispute Resolution.
