two years because of budget cuts. The clinic
provided pro bono legal services related to
immigration and employment. The school
will also eliminate its summer term and is
discussing tuition increases.

University has established the
Program on Law and Behavioral
Science, which will provide an
opportunity for cross-disciplinary
research and new academic offerings,
including undergraduate and master's
degrees in forensic psychology and
a doctorate in law and psychology.

texAs college of lAw hoUston have resolved a
federal trademark dispute through mediation. South
Texas College of Law had briefly rebranded last
summer as Houston College of Law, but the University
of Houston System filed suit over the name and logo,
claiming trademark infringement. A federal judge
ordered the name change to be reversed, so then
South Texas College of Law added Houston to its name.
n University of loUisville's BrAnDeis
school of lAw is partnering with Kentucky
Wesleyan College for a 3+3 accelerated law
program, allowing students to receive a J.D.
and an undergraduate degree in six years.

one so students can save on education
costs and get a head start on their law
