The center’s annual celebration, with authentic demonstrations of maple syrup production, a pioneer sugar camp, children’s puppet show, hayrides, syrup sales. General admission free; breakfast tickets are $3.50 for a half stack of pancakes and $4.50 for a full stack. Day-of prices are $4/$5. Breakfast is outside under a tent, so dress appropriately. Screen Test Student Fest features the best young filmmaking talents in the region showing their short film and video projects. On the next night, the festival welcomes Robert Osborne, TCM movie host, for a discussion of his life and the world of motion pictures.
