Originally from Cleveland, Buckantz was schooled at Johnson and Wales University, renowned for its culinary and hospitality programs. After some 14 years of honing her knife skills across the country for Wyndom Hotels, she lit her own ovens in Oak Park’s Moveable Gourmet. “The menu at Entourage is great,” Buckantz explained. “The flavors are awesome and bold. We‘re not really a steakhouse but we have great steaks; we offer American food with flairs of Cajun, Italian and Asian, and it will become more and more seasonal with new specials every three weeks.” Buckantz works with local purveyors to acquire the freshest elements for her monthly salute to the season.
