Bentel & Bentel Architects created a modern space, appealing to hungry travellers. Among the fare: Eggs Benedict and Smoked salmon and caviar croque monsieur with apple and walnuts, braised lamb with honey and cloves and Valhrona chocolate fondue with banana.
