The first homes in McLean Park were built in the late 1950s. More recent construction gives the area a pleasant mix of the old and the new with controlled commercial development in a business park. A wide scope of prices, running from $219,000 to exclusive waterfront homes priced at $600,000+. Apartment-style condos in the area sell at $217,000. Prices upwards of $250,000. Barriefield Village (E15): This historic settlement high above the Cataraqui River dates back to 1815 and was designated a Heritage Conservation District in 1979.
