Condos in the area sell from $65,000 for bachelor units. Henderson Place and LaSalle Park (G6, G7): Early 1950s to 1970s houses, Cataraqui Valley (D8): Located in Waterloo Village, a community bounded by Princess Street, Gardiners Road and Taylor-Kidd Boulevard. The newly constructed extension of Centennial Drive provides fast access to many services and downtown. An enclave of mostly two-bedroom, single and semi-detached homes. Ideal for first-time buyers or families looking to downsize. Close to both the RioCan Centre and Cataraqui Town Centre, and train station. Prices range from $229,000 to $370,000. Waterloo Village (D8): A com- established neighbourhood that continues to grow with a new line of single-family homes for young families and first-time homebuyers. Prices start at $189,000. Within walking distance of Cataraqui Town Centre, a market-style Loblaws, Wal-Mart, the services of the Bayridge Plaza, and Kingston’s newest public elementary school.
