Dear Spread The Fire Magazine also met a guy from Switzerland who was staying by her, who was a pastor’s son and was very handsome. Once again I laughed and said, “Oh he might be my husband-to-be!” The following morning I met Matthias, the young, handsome gentleman from Switzerland. We talked and got acquainted, but I never thought much more because I told myself that my desire is for God alone. As the week progressed, we were experiencing God powerfully. On one occasion especially after being drenched spiritually going through a fire tunnel, we embraced each other after and the power of God hit us! Then one very cold night, a group of us went to Tim Horton’s for a hot drink; and it was then that Matthias approached me and shared that before he arrived in TACF, he spent time fasting and praying. God had told him that he would meet his wife and that her name would be Rebecca. I was really surprised and in awe; but I said to Matthias that I had come for God and not a relationship, but I would pray about it. That same night I arrived back at Marmac and prayed that if Matthias was the one for me, then the Lord would give my heart peace and take away all fear. The following morning I knew, so I shared with Matthias and we prayed together. Towards the end of the Signs and Wonders School, Matthias proposed to me and we got engaged. We then planned to get married in March the following year because Matthias was staying to complete the Heart Module and possibly the Bible Module. We both gave testimony to all the students at the end of the school. Everyone was amazed and gathered around us and prayed for us. I then left not long after to return to England and work. When Matthias came to visit me in February, he inquired about our marriage licenses, and they granted him a license to marry me the following August even though he is Suisse. I am glad to be associated with TACF! It has rere ally given my life a meaning. I have been reading Spread the Fire Magazine and I love it. Thank you very much, especially to you the editor. May you have happiness as you spread more of His glory to the uttermost parts of the earth, and may this season bring forth a joy like sweet perfume that will keep on flowing! In January 2005, I attended the Signs and WonWon ders School at TACF for the whole month, and this is where I met my husband Matthias. I’m English and from South Yorkshire, England and had taken one month off work to go to Canada, because I was spiritually hungry for God to touch my life in a powerful way. About one year before, I received a prophecy that I would marry a man focus who would be a son of a pastor; but not focusing on this, I just wanted God so much more and consequently applied for the school with my two other friends from church. When we took our flight to Canada, I discovered that on the return flight, I was returning two days later than my friends. I thought, how could I have made such a mistake?
