Located right in the heart of Desert Wine Country on the east side of Oliver, Nk’Mip is a popular 18-hole championship course. Owned and operated by the local First Nations’ band, Nk’Mip pairs a tricky, desert-dominated front nine with a more forgiving back nine. Fairways lined by sage, greasewood and cactus place a premium on accuracy. The facility includes a driving range, putting/chipping green, three full-length practice holes and a Clubhouse with a lounge, bar and restaurant. There is also a fully-stocked Pro Shop. Fairview Mountain Golf Club Fairview Mountain Golf Club has a reputation for “distinctly spectacular golf”. Established in 1925, Fairview Mountain has undergone several transformations to become the course it is today. Score magazine has rated Fairview Mountain #18 on its list of top 100 golf courses in Canada. In 2004, it was awarded “BCPGA Golf Facility of the Year”. The championship course offers 18-holes, stunning views, driving range, putting greens, a pitching area and sand traps.
