Customers from those early years remember going to Judy’s home to purchase their Rio Vista T-Shirts and Sweatshirts. In 2003 Judy decided to open a small store location. Store hours were limited and her 3 year old twins would accompany her to work each day. After success that first year Judy decided to expand her business to the larger current location across the street 35 North Front Street.
