Disneyland® Health and Fitness Expo Disneyland Hotel Exhibit Hall ® Friday, August 29 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m Saturday, August 30 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. The Disneyland® Health and Fitness Expo welcomes all Half Marathon Weekend participants to experience a two-day celebration focused on health and fitness. The event features celebrity runner appearances, seminars on training, racing and nutrition, along with the opportunity to experience the latest in running and fitness equipment. Each seminar lasts 30-45 minutes and will include Q & A sessions. Race Announcer Rudy Novotny will host. packet pick-up All participants must attend the Expo for race number, ChampionChip and packet pick-up! There will be absolutely no pick-up on race day! online process for Race number pick-up card/Waiver New in 2008, you will not receive your half marathon race number pick-up card/waiver form in the mail prior to the race. You will need to download your personalized race number pick-up card/waiver form online and bring it with you to packet pick-up at the Expo on August 29 or 30. This form will be available by the end of July, and you will be notified via e-mail when it is ready. championchip When you receive your race number, you will also receive your ChampionChip. The ChampionChip records your official and net time. The net time is the time that it takes you to get from the start mats to the finish line mats, and will be used to determine the scoring for awards. Upon receiving your ChampionChip, verify that your race number and the number on the chip match the numbers printed on the top of the envelope. If they do not match, inform an event volunteer. Instructions for wearing the chip are printed on the outside of your chip envelope. Please do not forget your ChampionChip on race day or exchange it with another runner. If you have your own ChampionChip and did not indicate this on your registration form, please inform race personnel via e-mail at disneylandhalf@trackshack.com or at Runner Relations at the Expo. 11
