Disneyland Half Marathon Weekend 2008 - (Page 15) Pacing Requirements All athletes entering the Half Marathon must be able to maintain a 16-minute per mile pace throughout the race, finishing the Half Marathon in 3.5 hours. Anyone who is not able to maintain a 16-minute per mile pace will be picked up and transported to the Family Reunion Area. The following are points on the Half Marathon course that you must reach by a certain time. If you do not reach the following points at the indicated time, you will be picked up and transported to the finish. The time allocation begins when the last person crosses the start line. The examples below assume that it takes 30 minutes for the last person to cross the start line. mile mark: 4 10 location Description: Disneyland Drive and Magic Way Angel Stadium Parking Lot time allowed: 1:35:00 3:10:00 Runner tracking Family and friends will be able to track Half Marathon participants with runner tracking also available on disneylandhalfmarathon.com.
