GOOFY’S RACE AND A HALF CHALLENGE When you arrive at Disney’s Health and Fitness Expo, make sure to check in at one of the special “Goofy’s Race and a Half Challenge” booths, which will be clearly marked. At this booth, you will receive your Race Numbers and ChampionChips for the Marathon and Half Marathon. Enclosed with your program is your ofﬁcial race pick-up card/waiver. Sign your waiver and bring it along with your photo ID to the Expo. At the “Goofy’s Race and a Half Challenge” booth, you will receive a special wristband. This wristband will help to ensure that participants have completed both the Half Marathon and the Marathon before they receive their exclusive Goofy’s Race and a Half Challenge medal. Please proceed downstairs to the Expo area to receive your Marathon and Half Marathon Performance-tech shirts. After checking in at the Expo, make sure to check out one of the Goofy’s Race and a Half Challenge sessions at the speaker series which will explain all of the details of your Marathon Weekend. Please bring the following items with you to the Goofy’s Race and a Half Challenge booth at the Expo: • Ofﬁcial Race Number Pick-Up Card/Waiver • Photo ID At Packet Pick-Up, you will receive: • Race Number for the Half Marathon • Race Number for the Marathon • ChampionChip for the Half Marathon • ChampionChip for the Marathon • Participant Performance Tech Shirt for the Half Marathon • Participant Performance Tech Shirt for the Marathon • Wristband # 1 After completion of the Half Marathon on Saturday, you must check in at the Goofy’s Race and a Half Challenge tent near the Finish Line. This tent will be clearly marked. Checking in at this tent is mandatory and will verify that you have completed the Half Marathon in the allotted time. After completing the Marathon on Sunday, please check in again at the Goofy’s Race and a Half Challenge tent near the Finish Line. At the tent, if you have completed both the Half Marathon and the Marathon within the minimum pacing requirements, you will receive the famous Goofy’s Race and a Half Challenge medal to celebrate your accomplishment.
