Andrea Yao, counsel to A2H, wrote the below letter. With the letter came a plaque recognizing our hard work and the very successful result achieved on behalf of A2H. Opening Doors for the Choir Early this year, the children’s choir from a charity-run school in a village near Mombasa, Kenya was invited to take part in a music festival being held this summer in Utah. The choir has already made two incredibly successful tours around the UK. But when the choir began making plans to visit the Utah festival, they faced problems obtaining permission to enter the US. Kristin Barrett (Philadelphia) expertly navigated the tough waters of the US visa process and finally was successful in acquiring the visas necessary for the children to accept the invitation to the festival. The client writes: “We just got word this morning that the choir and teachers have successfully been issued visas to enter the United States this year for the tour. We are so very grateful for your advice, help and support which was instrumental in that process. “Thank you for your patience with us and your willingness to respond so well and quickly all the time.
