The evening will also feature a short talk by Juliana Buhring best selling author of “Not Without My Sister” which is a memoir of her growing up with and escaping the Children of God. Acclaimed San Francisco Chronicle journalist Don Lattin will also speak about his recently released book, “Jesus Freaks - Murder and Madness on the Evangelical Edge,” on the murder-suicide and the history of the Children of God in Arizona, California and Texas.
