Most units in this 5-story red brick structure will have 15-ft. floor-toceiling windows with overwhelming views of downtown and the mountains beyond. all residents will share an outdoor swimming pool with cabana and meeting rooms. the top floor consists of 4 penthouses, served by private elevators. (Paulus’ works on the Ice House Lofts, Barrio Metalico and indigoModERn have been featured in the new York times’ art and architecture). total investment in land acquisition and redevelopment costs are estimated to be in excess of $10,000,000. the Flats at Julian drew Block includes a condominium conversion of the tiburon apartments. Units: 53 residential units. Status: currently the entire property is leased and the Julian drew Building has been renovated.
