Winter Boxing: Styrofoam insulated boxes are used during the months of January through March as needed. The packing charge for winter boxing includes an additional $2.00 per box. Arizona and international shipments require a fee of $50.00 for Phytosanitary documents. Other fees and restrictions may apply. Volume discounts: The following volume discounts apply to the cost of plants only. Discounts are calculated per order and are automatically applied. Shipping Restrictions • Lancaster, Pennsylvania-grown material — restrictions may apply if shipping to western states. Please call our office for details. • Ornamental grasses cannot ship to Hawaii. Patents and Trademarks Trademarks are identified with the trademark symbol (™). Any unauthorized use of trademarked names, phrases, or logos is strictly prohibited. Certain plant varieties are identified with the symbol PPAF or with a patent number. Any unauthorized propagation of a patented variety or variety with patent pending is strictly prohibited. Your phone call is important for us to identify and resolve any problems. We guarantee viable plants upon arrival. Please call our office if you see damage to boxes upon arrival or shipping damage to plants. Note the damage with your delivery driver or refuse shipment if damage is severe. We will place any claims with shipping vendors and make arrangements to credit or replace lost plants. If plant material is in poor condition, please call our office immediately to discuss your concerns with us. An initial phone call to report problems will facilitate any future claim if needed. Payment Terms For customers who have been approved for an account at ECG, terms are 2%10/ Net 30 days. A finance charge of 1.5% per month is added to past due invoices. If you do not have an account, but would like to establish credit, please call our office. Those who are not purchasing on account may pay with Discover, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or specify the broker of their choice. Due to the nature of the material, we are unable to accept COD requests. Prepayments by check or money order are welcome, but please check on availability before mailing payment. All prices and products are F.O.B. Pensacola, FL, or F.O.B. Lancaster, PA. Seasonal Programs or Larger Orders In order to receive a quoted price for programs with multiple ship dates or larger orders, please call our office.
