AG-HMC70 The HMC70’s lightweight, shoulder-mount design facilitates stable shooting and better balance during long recording sessions. The camcorder’s 3-inch 16:9 LCD monitor oﬀers thumbnail display of recorded images so videographers can monitor or delete clips. Professionals can also capture 2.1 megapixel still images with the camcorder onto the SDHC memory card - even during video recording. The SD card content can be played back directly on HD ﬂat screen displays, front and rear-screen projectors, and PCs that oﬀer an SD card slot with AVCHD decoder software. The HMC70 utilizes industry standard H.264-based Advanced Video Codec High Deﬁnition (AVCHD), delivering twice the recording eﬃciency of older MPEG-2 codec. The HMC70 features three native 16:9 progressive 1/4” CCDs to record or provide a live feed of widescreen 1440 x 1080 HD resolution images. AG-HVX200 We have packed a wealth of our leading technologies into an exciting new camera recorder, the AG-HVX200. This handheld DVCPRO HD P2 camera recorder is designed to meet emerging needs in HD content production. It debuts as Panasonic’s ﬁrst HD video product to use P2, the cutting edge memory recording device. The AG HVX200 records HD, either 1080i or 720p video, acquired by a new optical system and high performance digital signal processor onto a P2 card using the broadcasting DVCPRO HD codec. This system achieves a level of image quality that conventional handheld HD cameras simply cannot match, while also supporting HD/SD multi format and multi codec recording capabilities. Variable frame rate recording is just one of the features that makes the AG-HVX200 unique in its class. Using technologies that make the Panasonic VariCam camera recorder a favorite in movie production, this powerful function allows the overcranking and undercranking techniques used with ﬁlm cameras to create fast motion and slow motion eﬀects. The P2 card oﬀers superior reliability, immediate playback, outstanding cost performance, and allows direct connection to nonlinear editing systems. AG-DVX100 New AG-DVX100B—World’s First DV CameraRecorder to Support Multi-Camera Recording Already used for ﬁlm and TV program production as well as news gathering, Panasonic’s DVX100 series has evolved with the AG-DVX100B. The AG-DVX100B debuts as the industry’s ﬁrst DV camera-recorder to allow camera-to-camera time-code synchro and user-settable ﬁle transfer. This allows the AGDVX100B to be used for simultaneous multi-camera recording techniques often used in video production. Additionally the new model oﬀers remote focus and iris control for easier operation when mounted on a jib arm or tripod. In addition to superior image quality, high sensitivity, 24P/30P Cinema mode and manual operation, the AG-DVX100B has the speciﬁcations needed for full-ﬂedged professional video production. AG-HSC1U Introducing the AG-HSC1U, the world’s smallest 3-chip AVCHD camcorder with professional features. Weighing only 1.1 lbs., this compact, handheld camcorder records beautiful, highly-accurate 1080i images in 16:9 in the new AVCHD format onto an SDHC memory card. Entry-level professionals will ﬁnd the camcorder ideal for capturing natural, professional-level high deﬁnition recordings. The AG-HSC1U features a highly-sensitive 12X Leica Dicomar lens system with Optical Image Stabilizer to ensure ultra-steady, crisp shooting of both moving pictures and still images. The camcorder has a 3” widescreen (16:9) LCD monitor and 5.1-channel surround sound ﬁvemicrophone system. It can also capture 2.1 megapixel 16:9 still pictures even during video recording. The AG-HSC1U comes standard with a portable 40GB media storage unit, with a built-in rechargeable battery, for oﬀ-loading content from the included 4GB SDHC memory card.
